Avalon

Avalon is a colony consisting of multiple heavily wooded islands, and one small piece of mainland territory, ruled by Albion in the Sea of Fire. It is also the only overseas territory of Albion. Similar to Nij-Grinslân, it is a notable site of neutrality in an otherwise Fire Nation dominated area.
