Pan-Tribalism is a political ideology that calls for the cultural, political, and religious revitalisation and reunification of the Spirit Valley Tribes. Following their Exile from their former homeland as it was rapidly taken over by the Spirit Wilds, the many tribes have been scattered to neighbouring nations and have spread out, converted to new religions, and assimilated into new cultures, often at the cost of extreme violence. Pan-Tribalists seek to reverse this trend and reassert a common tribal identity.

The current heart of Pan-Tribalist academics and discussion is the Galethii Free State, owing to the Galethii being the only tribe to survive the Exile with relative independence. Pan-Tribalists exist in all tribes and there are even some non-tribal Pan-Tribalists, who advocate for their reunification and reintegration not out of admiration or loyalty to such a nation but instead out of protest to the policies of governments who have repressed the tribes.
