Omrop Fryslân is a news publication centred in Ljouwert which reports on news from an anarcho-capitalist Frisian perspective. It is the most successful of Frisian publications, attracting a larger audience than other Frisian publications, such as the Earth Kingdom-sympathetic The Free Frisian, the Francophone La Frise En Français, the relatively apolitical Fryslân on Friday, and the academically-inclined Friends of Fryslân.
Omrop Fryslân has primarily reported on two matters: updates concerning the state of Fryslân during the Frisian Civil War, and tourism maps which advise Frisians where it deems their safety to be more or less guaranteed.
