The Othii are a Spirit Valley Tribe and a vassal to the Fire Nation. Having first encountered the Fire Nation at the outbreak of the War of the Flowers, they were decisively defeated despite raising two large armies and calling in tribal allies to fight off the invader.
Traditionally practitioners of the Cult of the Moon, increasingly large numbers of Othii are converting to the Church of Fire as proselytization continues.
