Sandbending is a subelement of earthbending that has a passive effect that increases the power of the user's earthbending by 50% when they use their moves on sand, red sandstone, or their sandstone variants. While sand blocks are bendable by all earthbenders, the 50% bonus received by sandbenders is identical to that received of metalbenders on metal blocks while being much easier to achieve. A sandbender in a desert is a formidable target and not one easily approached.
Abilities
SandManipulation
This move has two uses:
a) Strike. Hold sneak on a sandbendable block and then left click to manipulate the sand while still holding shift. This will deal damage if it strikes an entity.
b) Burst. Left click while manipulating the sand to make the sand blocks fly in random directions to create a burst, dealing damage and blinding others.
SandBlast
Crouch at a sand block, left click to send a wave of sand which blinds the enemy and deals damage.
Crumble
Left click or crouch at any earth source to turn it into sand.
