Trolvistead

Trolvistead is the capital of Trolvistan. It is located in the former Lannish capital of Lannshearth.

The city has been besieged by League of Emeris and Riders of Veynir forces during the Wars of Unification, leading to their defeat at the Battle of the Flaming Ford.
