Open Seas Treaty

The Open Seas Treaty is an international treaty that obliges all signatories to commit to principles of open maritime movement. The document was written and proposed by the Earth Kingdom in response to Ratzores implementing a policy of a closed maritime border, requiring any and all ships to request permission to enter their waters. The Earth Navy has since violated this principle deliberately in order to mock the Ratzorean policy.
