Council of the Templemasters

The Council of the Templemasters is the primary national governing body for the Air Nation. Its membership is composed of all recognised constitutional templemasters, of which currently five exist. The council is responsible for setting policy, resolving internal tensions within the nation, and for appointing one of its own members as Grandmaster.
