Pillagers

Pillagers are an ethnic and cultural group that is spread across most of the known world. They have two homelands: the Imperium Hebenum and Imperium Praedonem. Historically, a large number of Pillagers have lived in small outposts and forts outside of these two states. Notable examples include at Lasthold and Debenza.
