Highwind

Highwind is the incomplete planned capital of the Northern Protectorate, a colony of the Air Nation. It is named for the honorific title of the Air Nation Grandmaster in diplomatic affairs, the High Wind. Construction is postponed indefinitely due to a transfer of resources to fighting the Spirit War.
