The Sul'Setta is a monotheistic religion practiced within Jesel that centers around worship of the sun. The term "Sul'Setta" actually comes from the Sul'Setta stone, a large ancient carved stone that on each face bears the symbol of one of the four aspects of the sun. Those being: Strength, Wisdom, Warmth, and Growth. These aspects form the foundation of the religion and have for thousands of years.
Unlike many other religions there is only one proper way to refer to the Jeseli faith, that being "The Sul'Setta" and never just "Sul'Setta". The reason for this is that the Sul'Setta stone is viewed as the nexus of the faith upon which everything is founded, it's importance is so deeply engrained in Jeseli culture that it is in a way viewed as the physical manifestation of the religion. To the Jeseli people The Sul'Setta stone is the religion, and thus there is no separation between the physical stone and the concept of their religion. You aren't a follower of Sul'Setta, you are a follower of The Sul'Setta.

Practices
There are several slightly different ways to practice the religion that have all grown somewhat separately from each other due to the ancient nature of the Sul'Setta and the difficulty of regular communication between the various settlements and towns of Jesel. Though some major practices remain the same no matter where you are.
Followers of the Sul'Setta must pray at least three times a day at sunrise, noon, and sunset. If you live in a home with multiple people you will join in the common room and pray together in a circle. If you are outside of your home during any of these times you are still obligated to gather in a circle with whoever is around you that practices the faith and pray together. Often farms or other places of work will even have a dedicated area to pray for the workers. You can pray silently or out loud though the stance is always the same, looking up with your eyes closed, sat on your feet and with your arms outstretched towards the sky with open hands.
