Conditional paragraph end. Generates an p-tag if needed, depending on prefix and join:
- nothing, in the case of joins;
- nothing, where prefix metacharacters are present like (
*,#, or:) which must sit in column 1, don't acquire begin-p tags, and therefore don't need an end p-tag; - an end p-tag after the lorem paragraph emitted last, in other cases.
