Second Cxabro was an empire in Valena led by spirits several centuries ago. The empire was notable for its use of Trz, humans that had been disfigured by spirits, as its ruling class, and its reverence of spirits through the religion known as the Imperial Cult of the Supreme Beings. It was formed following the Siege of Kar Durok, where the final remnant of First Tsabro was able to regain the initiative and reconquer the continent. The empire ultimately collapsed during Lann's Revolt, leading to the persecution and repression of its culture and loyalists through the establishment of the Ithenberger Supremacy.
