New page

The Holy Sunflower is a flower located in the chapel of Fenixholm. It was found deep underground in a mine for obtaining stone to construct the castle of Fenixholm, and was interpreted as a miracle due to the flower's ability to survive in such difficult conditions.

This miraculous status led to the creation of the Church of Fire, a state religion that deems the Holy Sunflower to be a gift from the All-Father, creator of the world and the sun-god, to Mankind. The Firelord, leader of the Fire Nation, derives the right to rule from their status as the official guardian of the Holy Sunflower.
Theft
The Holy Sunflower was once stolen by Ratzores and held to ransom anonymously for 15 diamonds to be disclosed at an unclaimed location. This led to a major international effort to reclaim the flower, with Atlas being deemed the most likely suspect due to their unwillingness to cooperate with investigators and mocking tone towards the Fire Nation during the crisis. This culminated in an invasion force being assembled by Air Nation and Fire Nation to retrieve the flower. This was called off at the last minute due to a confession by Ratzores leader, Val, for having taken it. The flower was soon returned as well as a 15 diamonds mea culpa.
